Once you create a template, it will appear as a card on the Template Manager page. Each template card provides a concise overview:
- Template Name: The name you assigned to the template.
- Template Description: A brief description of the template's purpose.
- Skills: The associated skills assessed by the template.
- Question Count: The number of questions included in the template.
- Edit: Allows you to modify the template's name, description, and skills.
- Delete: Permanently removes the template from the Template Manager. Exercise caution as this action is irreversible.
To manually add questions to a template, follow these steps:
- Click on the Template Card: Select the specific template you want to modify.
- Add New Question: Click the ‘+ Add New’ button at the top right.
- Enter Question: Type your question in the provided text field. Utilize the formatting options to customize the appearance.
- Choose Question Type: Toggle the ‘Multiple Choice’ switch if the question requires multiple correct answers.
- Add Choices: Click ‘+ Add More’ to add additional answer options for each question.
- Mark Correct Answers: Check the boxes next to the correct answer(s). For single-choice questions, only one box can be checked. For multiple-choice questions, you can check multiple boxes.
- Add Question: Click ‘Add’ to save the question to the template.
Repeat these steps to add more questions. The ‘Question Count’ at the top of the page will update to reflect the total number of questions in the template.
