Sort Out Company Details

The ‘Company’ section under the ‘Settings’ panel on the Pitch N Hire platform is designed for comprehensive management of company-related information within the ATS. To access this section, click on ‘Settings’ from the left sidebar, and then select ‘Company’ from the list of options that appear.

The purpose of this section is to allow you to manage multiple company profiles if you are catering to different subsidiaries or have different brands under your corporate umbrella. It is an essential feature for larger organizations or staffing agencies managing recruitment for multiple clients.

Each company card displays vital statistics, including the number of candidates, jobs, and applications associated with that particular company profile. This gives a snapshot of recruitment activity at a glance.

On each company card, you will find the following quick action buttons:

  • Edit: You can find this icon presented as your typical edit symbol on the company card. 

Click on this icon to modify company details like name, email, phone number, country, state/region, city, pin code, career site URL, and description. Feel free to add or remove profile pictures or avatars on the top left corner. 

Once all changes are made and every field is updated, click on ‘Save’. If you wish to discard all changes and revert to the existing information about the company, click on ‘Cancel’.

  • Career Page Builder: Clicking on this will take you directly to the ‘Career Page Builder’ section on the left-hand sidebar, where you can manage or create custom career pages. 

This feature is particularly useful for enhancing the employer branding and providing a tailored job application experience for candidates. Know more about building career pages in the section dedicated entirely to this element of Pitch N Hire.

  • Delete: Click on the three vertical dots on a company card and select ‘Delete Company’ to remove the company profile from your ATS. Perform this action only if the company is no longer needed or was added by mistake.

At the top right corner of the ‘Company’ section, there is an ‘Add Company’ button. This is used to create a new company profile, allowing you to expand the number of companies you manage within the ATS.

Clicking on it will take you to the same form with the exact mandatory text fields as will the ‘Edit’ icon on every company card.
