Organize Your Resources

The ‘Resources’ section within ‘Settings’ on the Pitch N Hire platform is a critical area for customizing the recruitment process. It’s located on the left-hand sidebar under the ‘Settings’ panel.

When you click on ‘Resources,’ you will find three key subsections, each catering to different elements of the recruitment process:

Candidate Tags

This subsection allows you to manage and assign tags to candidates. Tags are keywords or phrases that you can use to categorize and filter candidates based on skills, qualifications, or other relevant criteria.

When you click on ‘Candidate Tags’, you’ll see a list of existing tags. You can also create new tags by clicking on the ‘Add Tag’ button at the top of the page. Select the ‘Delete’ icon on each tag to remove existing ones. The ‘Search tag name’ feature at the top right corner of the page allows you to find specific candidate tags among all existing options.

Candidate Sources

This is where you can view the different platforms or sources from which candidates are applying, such as job boards, company career sites, referrals, etc. When accessed, it displays a list of sources with the number of candidates obtained from each. This helps you track the effectiveness of each source and manage them accordingly.

Note: This information will be updated manually by the platform’s underlying algorithm, and it cannot be edited or deleted manually. It is solely for data-driven observations.

List Options

This part of the ‘Resources’ settings helps you to manage various dropdown menu options within your ATS, such as departments, education levels, or employment types. These predefined lists can be used to filter candidates more efficiently during the recruitment process.

  • Selecting Lists: The ‘Select All’ feature across these subsections would be useful for applying a particular action to multiple items in a list without having to select them individually.
  • Adding or Removing Lists: Click on the ‘Delete’ icon on each list card to remove the list category permanently.  Click on the ‘Add’ button under either ‘Department,’ ‘Education,’ or ‘Employment Type’ to add a new list category that, when checked, will also apply when you filter candidates on the ATS.

Each subsection on this page is designed to give you control over the respective attributes and ensure that the recruitment process is organized and efficient, making it easier to find the right candidates for the job.
