The Template Manager includes a section for pre-saved email templates that you can use for various HR communication purposes. To view a specific email template, locate the desired template in the list and click on the ‘View’ icon to the right of the template row. This will display the template's content and details.
Creating New Templates
To add a new email template, click the ‘+ Add Template’ button at the top right corner of the Template Manager page. A pop-up window will appear. Fill in the required fields:
- Name: Provide a descriptive name for the template.
- Template Type: Select the appropriate template type (e.g., job offer, rejection, interview confirmation, etc.).
- Body: Compose the email content using the provided text editor.
Click ‘Save as Template’ to add the new template to your collection. Once created, the new template will be available for selection when composing emails from the Pitch N Hire Mailbox.
