View All Applicant Details on the Job Applications Page

The Job Applications page is a centralized hub for managing all incoming applications on Pitch N Hire. You can find it located directly beneath the ‘Job Postings’ section on the left-hand sidebar.

The page is divided into three primary categories:

All Applications

This section provides a comprehensive overview of every application submitted across all your active job postings. This is where you can view applications from all candidates, regardless of the specific job they applied for. It's a useful tool for getting a holistic view of your applicant pool.

My Applications

This category focuses specifically on applications related to the job postings you have created. It allows you to manage and track applications for the roles you are directly responsible for. This view is particularly helpful for recruiters and hiring managers who want to concentrate on their specific job openings.

Unassigned

This category houses applications that haven't been linked to a particular job or assigned to a specific recruiter. These could be applications that require further review or sorting before being assigned to a relevant role or hiring manager. It's a catch-all area for applications that are still in the initial stages of the recruitment process.

Search and Filter Options

Below the three application categories, you'll find a search bar equipped with a dropdown menu. This helps you efficiently find specific applications within the vast pool. This is where you can input keywords or phrases related to the candidate's name, application details, or job information. The dropdown menu on the search bar offers several filter options to refine your search results:

  • Candidate Name: Search for applications based on the candidate's full name or part of their name.
  • Application ID: Use this to find an application using its unique identification number.
  • Job ID: Locate applications for a specific job by entering its corresponding ID.
  • Job Title: Search for applications based on the job title the candidate applied for.
  • Source: Filter applications based on how the candidate found the job posting (e.g., job board, company website).
  • Tag: Refine your search using tags associated with the candidate or the job.

Advanced Search Options

Adjacent to the primary search bar, you'll find a secondary search bar accompanied by a dropdown icon. This section provides additional filters for more granular search capabilities through the drop-down arrow:

  • Stage: Filter applications based on their current stage in the hiring process (e.g., applied, shortlisted, interviewed).
  • Skill: Search for candidates possessing specific skills relevant to the job requirements.
  • City: Locate candidates residing in a particular city or region.
  • Gender: Filter applications based on gender (if applicable, legally permitted, and to provide data for diversity hires).
  • Hiring Executive: Find applications assigned to a specific hiring manager or recruiter.

By utilizing these advanced search options, you can effectively narrow down your search results and identify the most suitable candidates for your open positions.

Range-Based Filters

To the right of the advanced search options, you'll find a filter section titled ‘Select Range.’ This filter allows you to refine your search based on specific numerical parameters:

  • Experience: Use the slider to define a desired experience range for candidates. 0 years is the minimum experience and 50+ years is the maximum range.
  • AI Score: Filter candidates based on their AI-generated score, which might indicate overall candidate quality or fit. Adjust the slider to specify a score range between 0% to 100%.
  • Notice Period: Determine the preferred notice period for candidates by setting a range between 0 days to 90+ days using the slider.

These range-based filters provide an additional layer of precision when searching for candidates, enabling you to quickly identify individuals who match your specific hiring criteria.

Rating Filter

To the right of the range-based filters, you'll find a filter specifically for candidate ratings. This filter is labeled 'Rating' and is represented by a row of five grayed-out stars.

To utilize this filter:

  • Click on the desired number of stars. Each star represents a rating level, from one to five.
  • By clicking on a specific number of stars, you'll filter the application list to display only candidates who have achieved that rating.

For instance, clicking on four stars will show you candidates with a rating of four stars. This filter is particularly useful for quickly identifying top-rated candidates based on your defined evaluation criteria.

Withdrawn and Orphan Applications Filters

To the right of the rating filter, you'll find two vertical checkboxes:

  • Withdrawn: Checking this box will display only those applications where the candidate has withdrawn their application.
  • Orphan Applications: Selecting this option will show you applications that are not associated with any specific job posting. These might be applications that were submitted in error or for a job that no longer exists.

Using these checkboxes will let you effectively filter your application list to focus on specific application statuses, allowing you to manage your candidate pool efficiently.
