The Credit History section provides a comprehensive overview of your credit usage within the Pitch N Hire platform. Locate the ‘Credit History’ option in the left-hand sidebar, below the ‘Billing’ and ‘Plans’ sections.
The Credit History page is divided into two sections:
Credit: This section displays a detailed record of all credits that have been added to your account.
Debit: This section showcases all credits that have been deducted from your account. It provides information such as:
- Date: The date when the credits were deducted.
- Description: A description of the purpose for which the credits were used (e.g., job posting, candidate assessment).
- Number of Credits: The quantity of credits spent.
Reviewing the Credit History page lets you track your credit usage, understand how credits have been allocated, and manage your credit balance effectively.
