To streamline your email communication, Pitch N Hire offers a range of pre-written email templates.
When composing a new email, you'll find a ‘Choose Template’ dropdown menu below the subject text field. This menu presents a selection of pre-defined templates tailored to common hiring scenarios:
- Offer letter: A template for crafting formal job offers.
- Follow-up after interview: A template for sending thank-you notes or requesting additional information post-interview.
- Request for feedback: A template to solicit feedback from candidates or interviewers.
- Request for availability: A template to schedule interviews or meetings.
- Request for additional information: A template to gather missing information from candidates.
- Interview confirmation: A template to confirm interview details.
- Rejection email: A template for notifying unsuccessful candidates.
- Initial outreach to candidate: A template for contacting potential candidates.
- Initial interview: A template for scheduling the first interview.
- Follow-up with referral request: A template to request referrals from satisfied candidates or employees.
Here’s how it works:
- Select the desired template from the dropdown.
- A pre-formatted email draft will appear in the email body, containing placeholders for specific information.
- Replace the placeholders with relevant details such as candidate name, job title, interview date, etc.
- Customize the email further as needed.
- Click ‘Send’ to dispatch the email or ‘Save as Draft’ to preserve it for later use.
If you prefer to compose your email from scratch without using a template, simply start typing directly into the email body. The platform offers standard text formatting options to help you create your message.
To send an email that has been saved as draft, simply locate the particular email under the ‘Drafts’ section of the MailBox, click on it to open the email. Check if the recipient address, subject line, and email body are up to your liking, and simply click on ‘Send’.
Utilizing these email templates can significantly reduce the time spent drafting emails and ensure consistent messaging across your recruitment process.
