View and Navigate Application Cards

Below the search filters, the application list is displayed as a series of rectangular cards, each representing a single application.

Key elements of each application card:

  • Applicant Name: The full name of the candidate.
  • Role: The job title the candidate applied for.
  • Date of Application Creation: When the application was submitted.
  • AI Score: A numerical percentage indicating the candidate's overall suitability for the role, as determined by the platform's AI algorithm.
  • Send Assessment: A button to initiate an assessment for the candidate.
  • View: A button to access the detailed application information, including resume, cover letter, and other submitted documents.
  • Action Menu: Represented by three vertical dots, this menu provides quick actions, namely, ‘Delete Application’ to permanently remove the application from the system, and ‘Reject Application’ that, when clicked, sends a rejection notification to the candidate.

These application cards provide a concise overview of each candidate, so that you can quickly assess and prioritize applicants based on various criteria.

Sending Assessments

Clicking the ‘Send Assessment’ icon on an application card opens a pop-up window presenting three assessment types:

  • MCQs: Create and administer multiple-choice questions.
  • Task: Assign a specific task or project for the candidate to complete.
  • Video Interview: Schedule a video interview where the candidate answers predefined questions.

You can create a unique assessment for each selected candidate.

Bulk Actions

To send assessments or perform other actions on multiple candidates simultaneously, use the following options:

  • Select All: A checkbox in the top right corner allows you to select all visible applications at once.
  • Individual Selection: Alternatively, you can select specific applications by clicking on the individual checkboxes on each application card.

Once you've selected multiple candidates, the following bulk action options appear below the search filters at the top of the Job Applications page:

  • Add Tags: Assign common tags to selected candidates for easy categorization.
  • Bulk Assign: Assign selected candidates to a specific hiring manager.
  • Change Stage: Update the stage of selected candidates in the hiring process (e.g., from ‘Applied’ to ‘Shortlisted’).
  • Send Assessment: Send a pre-defined MCQ assessment to all selected candidates. Note that bulk sending is currently limited to MCQs.

These bulk actions streamline the assessment and management process, allowing you to efficiently handle multiple candidates at once.

Navigate Multiple Pages of Applications

If you have a large number of applications, the Job Applications page will display them in paginated format. To view additional applications beyond the first page:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Locate the navigation arrows in the bottom right corner.
  • Click the right-facing arrow to proceed to the next page of applications.
  • To return to the previous page, click the left-facing arrow.

This feature allows for efficient browsing and management of a substantial number of applications.

Each page will show as many application cards at a time as you choose from the ‘Per Page’ drop-down. You can choose between 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 application cards per page.
